01 / Situations

When things are on fire.

  1. A position is vacant for a set period of time.
  2. Someone drops out—right in the middle of an ongoing campaign.
  3. A new project comes up, but the team is already at capacity.
  4. A project lacks the experience and the right contacts.

02 / Services

How I can support you

I come on board when a specific task needs to get done and your team currently lacks the time or experience for it. I take over ongoing work, develop my own ideas and concepts, and get new projects off the ground. I roll up my sleeves and make sure ideas turn into concrete results. Fast, flexible, and determined to make a real difference.

Interim Marketing & PR Management

When a leadership position is temporarily vacant or a team needs leadership, I take responsibility for day-to-day business and ongoing projects.

Along the way, I look at how the team works, where each person’s strengths lie, and how tasks can be divided up sensibly. I provide direction, support decision-making, and pitch in myself. Because to me, leadership doesn’t just mean delegating tasks—it means working together with the team to make sure the work gets done and succeeds.

When a project needs additional support, I take care of execution—from coordinating with everyone involved to the decisions that need to be made.

05 / About me

Marketing Brain.

Marketing has been my home for more than 20 years—on both the agency and the client side, for a wide range of brands, and with ever-new challenges.

Read more: About me

Most recently, I worked as Marketing Manager for Suzuki and Indian Motorcycle. Before that, I worked on the agency side for brands such as Capri Sun, Landliebe, MAN, Microsoft, holiday autos, Check24, and BMW Motorrad. Along the way, I led teams, developed campaigns, and guided demanding projects from idea to execution.

What do I bring with me from that time? Experience with many different companies, people, and ways of working—and the ability to get up to speed on new topics quickly and take on responsibility.

My base is Munich. Where I work is flexible—in Germany, Europe, or anywhere in the world. I enjoy getting to know new places and people and embracing new situations.

06 / Motorcycle industry

Motorcycle Heart.

I’ve spent the past 14 years working in the motorcycle industry. What started as a job for BMW Motorrad quickly turned into a genuine passion. Over the years, I’ve built an extensive network across Germany and Europe—with the media, influencers, dealers, and many other people who shape this industry.

I don’t just know the motorcycle industry from a professional perspective. I’m a passionate rider myself and know what excites people about these brands and products. In my free time, too, I spend a lot of time on two wheels and write about it on my blog Moto Pamikaze (external site, opens in a new window). One journey that shaped me in particular was my four-month motorcycle trip along the Silk Road.

This combination of industry experience, personal passion, and long-standing contacts is especially valuable when it comes to marketing and PR in the motorcycle world.

07 / Mindset

What does rally riding have to do with marketing?

Finish, not Did Not Finish.

DNF—Did Not Finish—is what a rally lists next to everyone who doesn’t complete a stage. My standard: it never appears next to my name. That’s why I give everything on every stage—even beyond my physical limits.

I bring that same staying power to projects: I don’t give up when something doesn’t work out right away. And I recognize when a path is no longer worth pursuing.

It’s not the fastest who reaches the finish, but the one who finds the right path and keeps going.

08 / Process

How does an engagement work?

  1. Initial call

You tell me what it’s about.

  2. Proposal

Based on our conversation, I put together a proposal for you.

  3. Start

If I’m not in the middle of another project, I can get started right away.

  4. Collaboration

I work with your team for as long as you need me—and hand everything over in good order at the end.
